The board will annually establish membership dues. All dues shall be payable annually in the fiscal year in which the dues were assessed.

Eligibility:
Any person, firm or corporation operating a business located in or serving the Clearing Industrial District in Bedford Park, and the 51st Street District, shall be eligible for Membership.
