To All Golfers:
It's time to break out the golf clubs, shine your shoes, stretch and do some jumping jacks, because the 2008 BPCIA golf season is about to begin. Once again we have reserved three perfect Thursdays, June 12th, July 10th and August 21st for the 2008 BPCIA’s Annual Golf Tournaments at Cog Hill Country Club. We have ordered the usual beautiful weather, low scores, prizes, outstanding food, and a great time for all in attendance.
Your continued support of all our activities is what makes our events so successful and we are very appreciative of what you do. We are awarding a GRAND PRIZE of a FULL SET OF CLUBS for the best low net score at each of the three outings. In addition, all those attending dinner are assured a prize at each outing.
Tee-off times will be 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on courses #1 and #3. We strongly suggest you reserve your tee-off times early by calling Donna at our office between 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday thru Thursday at 708-496-0336. Reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.

WE ARE SORRY, BUT GOLF ONLY TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
Individual Hole Sponsors, Longest Putt Sponsors, Closest to the Pin Sponsors and Hot Dog and/or Beverage Sponsors are available this year. In order to run outings of this size, we need the support of our members. Please consider one of our sponsorships. Raffle prize donations, to be distributed at the golf dinner, are also greatly appreciated. Please note that all sponsorships or donations will be recognized in our newsletter. Contact Donna for further information if you are interested in becoming a sponsor for any of the above mentioned options, or donating a raffle prize.
Due to expenses involved in running golf outings of this size, we are not able to give any refunds.
Please fill out the enclosed reservation sheet and mail it to our office as soon as possible.

*Association member ticket price is $110.00 for golf, golf cart and dinner. Please fill in number of
golfers and total amount due for all golfers. The price for non-members is $120.00 per person for golf,
golf cart and dinner.

GOLF SPONSORS:
HOLE SPONSORS: The fee is $100.00 per hole, per outing. There will be a sign with your company
name displayed at the hole. We encourage you and your staff to come out for the day and set up
a Networking Table at your hole on the course. Giveaways are encouraged. This is a wonderful,
inexpensive way to advertise. Our goal this year is to have a sign on every hole.
We have 36 holes yearning for attention; please try to help us out!
LONGEST PUTT: The fee is $250.00 for a sign on both courses displaying your company name
at the hole. A $25.00 cash prize will be awarded in your honor on each course. This is an excellent way
to advertise and promote your business. There is also the option of sponsoring one course only for $125.00.
CLOSEST TO THE PIN: The fee is $250.00 for a sign on both courses displaying your company name
at the hole. A $25.00 cash prize will be awarded in your honor on each course. This is an excellent way to
advertise and promote your business. There is also the option of sponsoring one course only for $125.00.
OUTING SPONSOR: The fee is $500.00 which would include a set of golf clubs for the Grand Prize.
There is also a requirement that you have a hand out for each golfer, such as: a sleeve of golf balls, hats,
visors, towels, pouches, or something equivalent. If a new sign is required, we would bill you separately
for that. Your company name would also be printed on the golf tickets.
HOT DOG and/or BEVERAGE SPONSOR: Cog Hill charges $3.75 for a hot dog, $3.50 for a beer
and $2.75 for a soft drink. Based on 120 golfers the sponsorship fees are listed below. A sponsorship
sign would be posted at the half-way house and also in the dining room during dinner.
Hot Dog only sponsor @ approximately 120 golfers = $450.00
Beverage only sponsor @ approximately 120 golfers = $420.00
Hot Dog & Beverage sponsor @ approximately 120 golfers = $870.00
