Networking Business Expo

 

Dear Bedford Park-Clearing Industrial Member:

 

 

Wednesday, October 20th from 3 to 7 p.m. the BPCIA is hosting its sixth Networking Business Expo at the Hilton Oak Lawn.  This expo will be a wonderful opportunity to display information about your business.  To encourage more foot traffic, admission to the expo will be FREE. 

 

The evening will be an excellent networking opportunity; therefore we suggest having at least two people per display table.  This will allow you to network and visit the other tables during the evening, as well as have some refreshments.  Hors d’oeuvres will be provided along with a cash bar. 

 

Reserve your exhibit table now, as space is limited to approximately 50 exhibitors. Skirted 6’ tables are $150.00 each.  Electricity is available for your display, but you must request it when making your reservation.  Money must be submitted with your reservation to secure your space.

 

Every exhibitor is encouraged to donate a nice quality raffle prize.  We would also encourage displaying members to offer handouts to the attendees at their tables.  Please discuss your raffle choice when making your reservation.
